Terms of Service & Policies
These terms apply to memberships, courses, events, mentoring, appointments, digital resources, and other paid or free ABA College services.
Effective date: October 5, 2026Enrollment and access
Prices, included features, duration, prerequisites, and access periods are shown for the selected offering. Access begins only after any required payment is successfully completed. Some services require scheduling, attendance, assignments, or identity verification.
Membership billing
Monthly study memberships renew automatically at the price and interval displayed at checkout until canceled. Promotional prices, coupons, or free-day offers apply only for the stated duration; the regular price then applies unless the membership is canceled before renewal.
Courses and other services
One-time courses, events, mentoring, individual sessions, materials, and special programs may have separate dates, availability, completion rules, or policies displayed during registration or checkout.
Cancellation
Recurring memberships may be canceled before the next renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation does not reverse a payment already completed. Access ordinarily continues through the paid billing period unless the offering or applicable law states otherwise.
Refund policy
Payments are non-refundable except when required by law or when a specific written offering policy states otherwise. Failure to attend, use the platform, complete requirements, cancel on time, or obtain a desired examination or employment outcome does not create an automatic refund right.
Academic integrity and conduct
ABA College may suspend access for payment disputes, account sharing, plagiarism, falsified attendance or identity, content theft, abusive conduct, fraud, security interference, or substantial violations of these terms.
Professional responsibility
Learners remain responsible for verifying current certification, licensing, supervision, fieldwork, continuing-education, and examination requirements with the appropriate official authority. Educational content does not constitute legal, medical, or clinical advice.
